We at FLEURIFASHION.COM work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you would not like the fit, color or design of products, simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

The Return process

Online Return/Exchange— you can return or exchange an item online at FLEURIFASHION.COM by following the below steps.<

Log in to the 'My Account' section at FLEURIFASHION.COM

Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged

Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched lehenga choli & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products.

Need to return – Few points to remember
  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 48 working hours of the delivery of product.
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • If the error is on our part, you will be offered credit note or instant full Money Refund.
  • If in case, after receiving the product, you will not like the product or will not suit on you and want to return the products, we will issue only 70% refund of unstitched product price. (30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)
  • We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, and taxes, if applicable.
  • We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 20% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at [email protected]
  • You have to self-ship the products and it should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • If you are returning package for size issue and on receipt it turns out to be good i.e. size of the product matches your ordered size or any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and you would not liable for any money refund and no amount will be reimbursed in this case. We would still help you and try to alter the product to fit your size (only if possible) or will exchange the product if alteration fixes the size issue and if that is possible, then we will do that free of cost but to re-ship after alteration you need to pay 14 USD more as new shipping cost.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
How do you return?

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed (amount) towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to FLEURIFASHION.COM. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, click here to print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet.

Refund options for you - The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders.

Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.

A Coupon Code of the refund value in your FLEURIFASHION.COM account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at www.fleurifashion.com.
